Yemen participates in Climate Change of Parties conference

SANA'A, Dec. 02 (Saba) - Yemen is to take part in the 16th Climate Change of Parties conference being held currently in Mexico, November 27 – December 11.
Minister of Water and Environment Abdul-Rahman al-Iryani said that the conference will discuss issues relating to climate and the current changes to reach a clear roadmap to reduce of gas caused the global warming.
He added that the outcomes of the conference will enable the least developed countries to be provided with assistance in various areas such as environment, agriculture and energy.
Al-Iryani said that he would hold talks with a number of friendly and brotherly counterparts over the bilateral relations in fields of water and environment.
